Another memory…it’s the night of October 17, 2003. It’s the night before Tommy and Anita Gail were to be married. I called the house that night to wish Tommy and Anita Gail happiness and joy because I could not afford to go to Indianapolis at that time. Yet prior to this night Tommy kept telling me that I needed to meet his dad because everything I liked and loved about him came from his dad. And what I didn’t know is that Tommy was campaigning to Ron that he should meet me. As the fates would have it, it wasn’t until that fateful night in 2003 that Ron and I should meet. It was Ron who answered Tommy’s phone that night and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Ron and I talked for more than an hour that night and in 2006 we were wed. I am one of the happiest girls alive because if I hadn’t met Tommy, how could I have met Ron? — Kerry Ann
